Our services
We provide professional tax preparation. Every return is prepared and reviewed by an IRS PTIN-registered preparer before filing. We are not a CPA, enrolled agent, or law firm unless specifically stated, and we do not provide legal or investment advice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents, to submit only documents you are authorized to submit, and to review your return before it is filed. The accuracy of your return depends on the information you provide.
Pricing and payment
You receive a clear quote before work begins. Fees are never based on the size of your refund. Payment is due before filing unless otherwise agreed. Final pricing depends on the forms, schedules, states, income types, and complexity involved.
Refund advances
Refund advance products are loans offered by a third-party lender, subject to the lender's approval, eligibility, and terms. A refund advance is not your tax refund, approval is not guaranteed, and we do not control the lender's decision or terms.
No guarantee of specific outcomes
We work to claim every credit and deduction you qualify for based on the information you provide, but we cannot guarantee a specific refund amount or tax result. Tax outcomes depend on your individual circumstances and applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZFT Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If we make a preparation error, we will work with you to correct it and to address any resulting IRS or state notice.
